  1. This is a pretty relevant graphic. With an aging population and overall population decline in western countries, I think retrofitting existing buildings to accomodate the aging population will take a large share of construction in the future.

  3. Hey Jordan,

    I am using a book - Building Adaptation for my project. It has numerous studies from the UK on building lifespans, change in uses, and all types of retrofits (and the issues included with doing so). Adaptation seems to be a bit of a buzz word in the field, I have found quite of bit of info just from searching it, thought it might be helpful.
